• Consultation Call

    The consultation call is free and scheduled for 15 minutes or less.

  • Individual Session

    Individual sessions are typically scheduled for 60 minutes.
    Session rates:

    60 minutes – $125
    45 minutes – $100
    30 minutes – $75

  • Couples Session

    The first couples session is typically 90 minutes, with follow-up sessions lasting 60 minutes.
    Session rates:

    90 minutes – $200
    60 minutes – $150

  • Family Session

    The first family session is typically 90 minutes, with follow-up sessions lasting 60 minutes.
    Session rates:

    90 minutes – $200
    60 minutes – $150

  • EMDR Therapy

    EMDR sessions are typically 75 minutes.
    Session rates:

    75 minutes - $150
    90 minutes - $175

Insurance Information


At BG Therapy, we strive to make therapy as accessible as possible. We are pleased to accept insurance in both Louisiana and Colorado. Below is a list of insurance plans we currenly accept in each state.

If your insurance provider is not listed, you may still be able to receive reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. We can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company.

Clients also have the option to self-pay without using insurance.
Sliding scale rates are also available for those who qualify.
