Meet Davially Frans-Riley
Hi,
My name is Davially, but I also go by Vally or Velly.
I am a compassionate therapist with a deep commitment to guiding individuals through their personal growth and healing journeys. As a doctoral candidate in Marriage & Family Therapy at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, with a particular focus on providing culturally competent care to diverse clients. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT1480), and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC9317).
With over three years of experience in providing mental health therapy, I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and more. I am also trained in EMDR and am a Certified Christian Trauma Care Provider. My approach is collaborative, ensuring that each client feels supported, understood, and empowered. I serve individuals, couples, and families. I typically work with the ages 15 and older.
As an AAMFT-Supervisor Candidate, I also guide and mentor future therapists, fostering professional development and a commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices. My ultimate goal is to create a safe space where growth, healing, and meaningful change can occur.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching movies, self-development, and cooking new dishes. I find joy in community engagement and am always seeking ways to connect with others. I love exploring new cultures, traveling, and spending time with family. Above all, I strive to strengthen my relationship with God and maintain a healthy balance of self-care and personal growth.
I am excited to work with you, combining my professional expertise with a deep understanding of the human experience to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
